True Grit

My good friend John and I were in total awe as we drove from San Francisco to Paso Robles last month. We stayed overnight in Carmel by the Sea (the town Clint Eastwood served as Mayor) and stopped a lot to take photos around Big Sur before arriving to a wine region reminiscent of a western movie set. The Central Coast has several regions making great wines, Paso is the largest.  We visited a handful of wineries and had the pleasure of meeting Austin Hope of Hope Family Wines while tasting through many of his creations. We’ll be enjoying some of them on Thanksgiving…
